Head of Service Design and UX at Globant Mexico

Graduated from the Bau Center of Disenny in Barcelona for the Master in Innovation and Design Management. Adriana has an international career in different countries such as France, Holland, Spain and Mexico. Adriana focuses on the business sector and Technology and IT through the implementation of creative methodologies for different projects. She is co-founder of Touchpoints Mx and Representative of the Service Design Network in Mexico. She is a professor of Design at Ibero, Tec de Monterrey and ICON University. Adriana has collaborated with different companies such as Club Premier, Copa Airlines, Great Minds, Crayola, Apple and the National Electoral Institute for the redesign of the electoral process in Mexico. He is currently part of the jury of the SDN, who gives the highest recognition to projects focused on the design of services around the world. She worked as a UX strategist and service design consultant at BBVA Bancomer and is currently a Service Design leader at Globant,
